Which leader are you?
A leadership thought... Which one describes you after being assigned a task? Thought A: "This is now more work for me, ugh!" or Thought B: "this is an opportunity for me to help the team!" If you're an A person, it's all about you and your workload. If you are a B person, you understand your role as a person who exists to solve problems for the company. To be fair, tasks can be poorly thought out. When this happens, ask for clarity, time to process it, analyze it and offer to follow up.
